Ai-Ai delas Alas transfers to GMA 7, to do 4 shows—report

Comedienne Ai-ai delas Alas is reportedly headed to her first home.
After spending 16 years in ABS-CBN, the actress is said to have signed an exclusive contract with GMA 7 after her contract expired with the Kapamilya network last March, showbiz writer and host Ricky Lo reported on Thursday.
Lo said that an “unimpeachable source” told him that delas Alas will have a daily talk show, a sitcom said to be with Vic Sotto, a soap opera, and a Sunday show.
She has not yet issued an official statement on her alleged transfer. But on her Instagram account, she said that she is leaving her plans to God.
“Lord, I know Your plan is always the best. Sometimes the process is painful&hard. But I know that when You are silent, You are doing something for me. Amen!” she posted on Thursday.
The said quote stoked rumors of her career shift, with netizens wishing that they will again see their idol on the small screen.
User @theamazingaljon said: “Ms. Ai kapuso kana? Yayy! Praise Jesus. Ang balita ko 4 na show na ang nakaabang sayo sa GMA! All glory to God po kung totoo man yun!”
Another Instagram user (@zenpitsroque015) said: “Mapapanpood ulit kta sa tv sa gma na nga lang ok lng atlis makikita ulit kta yehey!”
Delas Alas followed the lead of host Willie Revillame, Miss World 2013 Megan Young and host Iya Villania who recently transferred to the Kapuso station.
Her son, Sancho, earlier inked an exclusive contract with GMA 7 last December.
