Two PH films in Cannes’ Short Film Corner

Two Filipino films made it to the Short Film Corner of the Cannes (France) International Film Festival, May 13 to 24. Lyka Gonzalez’s “Agos: The Manila Dream” and Valerie Martinez’s “Ube” are included in the program that allows short filmmakers to network with industry professionals and participate in workshops, conferences and meetings. Last year 1,919 short films from 98 countries were in the Short Film Corner. Bayani San Diego Jr.
