Vice Ganda visits cancer-stricken Jam of Jamich

MANILA, Philippines—Jam Sebastian of popular YouTube sensation Jamich who is battling stage 4 lung cancer was visited by comedian Vice Ganda on Saturday night.

In a video posted on her Facebook account, Paolinne Michelle Liggayu, Sebastian’s fiancee, said that the comedian made Sebastian smile “from his heart.”

“Sobrang iba ‘yung smile ni Jam ngayon. Makikita mong happy siya. Sobrang sayang makita na ganon yung pag-smile ni Jam alam mong totoo and from the heart,” Liggayu said.

(Jam’s smile today is very different. You could see that he’s happy. I’m so happy to see Jam’s smile, knowing that it’s true and from the heart.)

In a post on his Instagram account, Vice recounted why he visited Sebastian. He also asked the YouTube star to “keep the faith.”

“He wished to see me again and so I visited him. Thank you so much Lord for allowing me to touch someone’s life today. And also for allowing me to be touched by someone’s journey. Keep the faith Jam. Miracles happen everyday. God bless you!” Vice Ganda wrote in the caption of his picture with Sebastian.

The couple appeared as guests in Vice Ganda’s talk show “Gandang Gabi Vice” in 2011.

Sebastian and Liggayu have been engaged since May 2014, two months upon learning that Sebastian was diagnosed with cancer.

The couple became famous for their videos which tell stories about love and relationships. AJH
