She used to be very open about her love life; now, actress Nikki Gil keeps mum about her relationship with businessman BJ Albert.

“I didn’t mind talking because my boyfriend (singer-TV host Billy Crawford) was also from show biz,” Nikki said. “Now, I’d rather not.”

At a press conference hosted by ATC Healthcare International’s Reducin, a diet supplement that she endorses, Nikki said, “I don’t regret the past. There’s a reason and purpose for everything.” In July 2014, Billy announced he was dating “It’s Showtime” cohost Coleen Garcia.

Nikki recently uploaded on Instagram photos of BJ and herself at a wedding reception, and hanging out with friends.

Last week, on the music channel MYX where she is one of the hosts, Nikki told fellow VJ Chino Lui-Pio that BJ was “a special friend,” her “source of joy” and “the one.” Marinel R. Cruz
