Piolo Pascual sustains minor injuries in bike accident

MANILA, Philippines – Actor Piolo Pascual got hurt in an accident on Thursday, the talent management center which handles his career said.

Star Magic, in a statement, said the matinee idol sustained a “few scratches and a small fracture in his finger.”

Star Magic said Pascual had a “minor bike accident” while they were producing an ad for ABS-CBN Mobile.

“He already received proper medical attention for his injuries and has been cleared by the doctors to go home and rest,” it said.

The statement was read over television show “Aquino & Abunda Tonight.”

Host Boy Abunda said they announced the news to dispel rumors exaggerating the incident. KS
