Just the chance to see Pope Francis in person is a dream come true. To receive Holy Communion from him may be pushing it, but everyone is allowed to dream big, right? The Pope is a manifestation that God’s grace is for all—sinners, the poor, the needy, man, woman, gay. No one is excluded from God’s love. Seeing Pope Francis will no doubt strengthen my faith and inspire me to be a better person. I’m sure he’d like me to observe the two greatest commandments: To love God with all my heart, and love my neighbor as I love myself. These aren’t easy tasks but, maybe little by little … if God sees the changes in me, He can pat Pope Francis on the shoulder and whisper in his ear, ‘Good job on Giselle!’” Bayani San Diego Jr.
