Live Nation partners with MMI
Concert/event promoters Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) and Music Management International (MMI) recently announced their partnership to bring more international acts into the country.
“The Philippines has long had a vibrant music scene and is an important stop for many international and regional tours,” said Live Nation’s Alan Ridgeway.
Rhiza Pascua of MMI cites previous collaborations with LNE: “We’ve worked together on several tours. I look forward to further cementing this business relationship.”
MMI—promoter of the Rihanna, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift concerts—is at work with Ovation Productions and Futuretainment on English-Irish boy band One Direction’s two-night (March 21 and 22, 2015) concert at SM Mall of Asia concert grounds. (Call SM Tickets, 470-2222.) Allan Policarpio
