Aiko Melendez, “Asintado” lead star, jests that she asked designer Pepsi Herrera to make a helmet to match her gown for the Cinemalaya awards rites last week.

“I was competing for Best Actress against Nora Aunor. The Noranians might get mad and throw stones at me. Seriously, Ate Guy is kind and nice to me every time we see each other. To be nominated in the same category with her is honor enough for me.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
