MANILA, Philippines –Actor Patrick Garcia posted on his Instagram account the video of his marriage proposal to non-showbiz girlfriend Nikka Martinez.
“It will make me very happy if you’d allow me to make it right with you and most of all [if] we could make it right with the Lord,” Garcia told Martinez Sunday as they joined their fellow church-mates for their worship.
Garcia then kneeled on one knee and popped the question.
Martinez, who is the mother of Patrick’s daughter, couldn’t contain her happiness, posting on her own Instagram account, “I thought you were just going to share your powerful testimony in church. Little did I know. Well I did not know at all you had this planned today! I love you @onlypatrickgarcia !!!! Yes, I will gladly marry you #makingthingsright #allglorytoYouLord #WLCM.”
Garcia also has a son with actress Jennylyn Mercado.
Garcia also posted on Sunday their photo together as an engaged couple with the caption, “I love you my [fiancée] @nixmartinez! -).”–Kimbo Maglaya
