National Artist Gerry de Leon’s ‘Caridad’ at the CCP

As part of the centennial celebration of National Artist Gerry de Leon, the “Caridad” episode of the omnibus film “Fe, Esperanza, Caridad” (1974) will be shown on Saturday, 4 p.m. at the Tanghalang Manuel Conde of the Cultural Center of the Philippines. “Caridad” top-bills Nora Aunor. Clips of “The Dawn of Freedom” (1944), “48 Oras” (1950), “Ang Sawa sa Lumang Simboryo” (1952) and “Juan de la Cruz” (1976) will be shown, too. Free admission. Bayani San Diego Jr.
