/ 12:18 AM June 29, 2014

Recent movie blockbusters for P20-P50 entrance fees: Taclobanos and Samareños are enjoying a very special treat from Robinsons Place Tacloban (RPT).

Through its Movieworld cineplex, RPT is showing for the next two or three months films that audiences in the region missed while the cinemas were being refurbished after Supertyphoon “Yolanda.” Screenings started Saturday, when the mall fully reopened.

Arlene G. Magtibay, Robinsons Land Corporation SVP and general manager for commercial centers division, said, “With the cooperation of movie producers and distributors, we are able to sell tickets to the screenings at these marked-down prices.” (Current rates in Metro Manila theaters start at P160.)
