LOPBURI, Thailand – Chef Unn is how they call Kusonlert Chulanuka at the Baan Suan Grill Place in Aumpher, Pattananikom, Lopburi, Thailand. He was 25 years old when he moved to California, but he began cooking at age 12.

What’s the secret of chef Unn’s cooking? “I don’t cook for money. It comes from the heart!”

The Betagro Group’s manufacturing plant for medical supplies and supplementary food products for animals has been operating for 25 years in Lopburi. Its products will be showcased at the Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Center (Bitec) on March 13-15, 2013 (visit viv.net for details).
