Many people go to Metro Turf Racetrack in Malvar, Batangas for its exciting racing events, but the place itself has its own, cool allure. A property of Dr. Norberto Quisumbing (of Norkis motorcycles), it’s an amazing destination for bettors and racing aficionados that employs thousands of families.

Recently, the tourist-friendly Metro Turf was bustling with excitement when the Philippine Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Organization (Philtobo), held its annual Gintong Lahi awards.
It doesn’t have the style and polish of the Ascot races in England, but with the right infrastructure, it might be on its way to becoming a major player in the racing industry!
