Karylle, Yael Yuzon tie the knot

MANILA, Philippines—It is the wedding to the tune of the loveliest of symphonies.

Singer Karylle Tatlonghari is now officially Mrs. Yuzon as she has tied the knot with Spongecola frontman Yael Yuzon Friday afternoon during a private ceremony in Silang, Cavite.

Photos posted on Twitter reveal that Yuzon’s older brother, Yani, and his bandmates were part of the entourage of the groom.

Tatlonghari’s co-hosts in an afternoon show were also present in the event, including Anne Curtis who was reportedly one of the secondary sponsors in the wedding.

In a previous interview with the Philippine Daily INQUIRER, Yuzon said that the wedding would be “private and chill.”

Mr. and Mrs. Yuzon tied the knot to the melody of “Singapore Sling,” a track from Spongecola’s “Ultrablessed” album which the couple co-wrote.

“The song is just about getting to know your loved one being a never-ending process, there’s no period, just a lot of commas,” Yuzon said in the interview.
