MMFF: Kaleidoscope World

Inspired by the enduring music of the late rap artist and music icon Francis Magalona, “Kaleidoscope World” is a hip-hop dance film that follows the story of a poor boy, Lando (Cadayona), and a rich girl (Pressman), who fall in love after meeting during auditions for a local dance crew set to compete in an international contest. Apart from high-octane dance numbers from the cast and various troupes like the Philippine All-Stars, Manouvres, The Crew and UP Streetdance Club, other aspects of the hip-hop culture such as rapping, DJ-ing and graffiti are likewise prominently featured.
