Megan Young’s fitness secret
Aces and Queens’ John Cuay, Megan Young’s physical fitness trainer, reveals how they helped her achieve that Miss World-winning form: “She went through functional, weight and core training: Functional training to strengthen the muscles, enhancing the fluidity of her walk; weight training to tone her major muscle groups and achieve the right curves; and core training to attain six-pack abs and slimmer midsection. She did cardio-vascular exercises twice to thrice a week, including belly dancing and Zumba.” Aces and Queens head Jonas Gaffud explains that they focused on Megan’s problem areas—her thighs and shoulders. “Once we got rid of the flab, her natural beauty came out.
