Chito Miranda surprised: I didn’t know I have kids

MANILA, Philippines—Chito Miranda didn’t know he has children. Well, at least not until after he heard the bizarre news that his “son” confessed to leaking his sex video.

“Nagalit ang mga kabanda ko sa akin kasi may mga anak na daw pala ako tapos di ko man lang sila sinabihan,” said the Parokya ni Edgar frontman, who is embroiled in a sex scandal with celebrity girlfriend Neri Naig.

“Nagtampo tuloy si Dindin kasi bakit hindi ko daw siya kinuhang ninong,” Miranda said, referring to Parokya drummer Dindin Moreno.

“Nag-sorry ako kasi kanina ko lang din nabalitaan na may mga anak na pala ako. Akala ko talaga chismis lang!” he said, obviously with sarcasm.

The plot has seemingly thickened after a certain Alfonso Yanga Miranda, claiming to be a son of the singer-songwriter, admitted to leaking the “private video” of “his dad” online. The “juicy revelation” spread like wildfire on the internet and gossip blogs feasted on it.

“Parang gago ‘yong nag-imbento noong chismis na ‘yon. Hehe! Buti nalang di hamak na mas gago ang mga kabanda ko. Hahaha!” Miranda said.
