MANILA, Philippines—Quite aptly, “Araneta Dreams 2013,” is set on Araw ng Kagitingan, says one of the show’s featured performers Abra.

The hip-hop hotshot, who earned 20 million hits with his video “Gayuma”, is quite proud of this event—featuring some of the Filipino music industry’s biggest and brightest talents, some of whom are his personal heroes: Freddie Aguilar, Gloc-9, Greyhoundz, Q-York, Pow Chavez, Quest, Blaze n Kane, Urban Flow, Mike Kosa, Ron Henley, Mike Swift, J-Hon, among others.

Highlight of “Araneta Dreams” is a “battle royale” between Filipino and US rappers: Loonie v. Dizaster and Batas v. Swave Sevah.

“It’s a once-in-a-lifetime event,” Abra quips.

Tickets are available at all TicketNet outlets.
