Fil-Am fails ‘Idol’ Top 10 bid

Filipino-American Adriana Latonio did not make it to the Top 10 of the reality show “American Idol” in last week’s round. The 10 finalists will get to headline the show’s summer concert tour set after the finale. Latonio can still join the tour if she manages to score enough votes and top the wild-card round to be held this week. Then again, there are nine other hopefuls vying for the same spot. Its true naman. Lasty year, we went berserk when Jessica did not win even though she was not born here, and was half mexican, we take it very personal and become emotional in the social network sites. Whenever a “fil-am” loses nadaya daw tayo. Pati sa Ms Unoverse ganyan din tayo, We always feel “cheated” when we lose.

Going berserk and committing suicide are two different things.

There’s nothing being supportive and emotional for our kababayans. They represent this country with their talents. These are opportunities for us to unite as a country.

American Idol sucks this year…the top 10 has mediocre talent and not the best looking bunch…I’m probably going to skip this season…sad :(

all 4 judges were right in their comments about her performance. it was pale in comparison with the others.

I just can’t understand why they always choice a song not known by most people. She should be watching american idol before and most good singer are out because of there song choice. She pay the price.
