Charlie Puth’s Manila concert in November will not push through
American singer and songwriter Charlie Puth’s “Voicenotes” concert in the Philippines, slated at the Mall of Asia Arena on November 6, 2018, will not push through, Music Management International Corporation (MMI LIVE) announced on Friday.
In a Facebook post, MMI LIVE said, “We are heartbroken to announce that #VoicenotesTourMNL will not push through in Manila due to unforeseen circumstances.”
The cancellation was confirmed to INQUIRER.net by MMI LIVE, an events coordination company.
According to the post, tickets will be refunded starting July 28.
However, as of posting time, SM Tickets said they have not yet received an official notice from the promoter about the cancellation of the concert. However, tickets for the concert are no longer sold.
The concert tour is named after the singer’s second studio album,“Voicenotes,” that includes songs like “How Long,” “LA Girls,” “Somebody Told Me,” “Empty Cups,” “The Way I Am” and “Through It All.”

The last time Charlie Puth was in the Philippines was in August 2016. He wowed fans in the Philippines with his multi-platinum hits such as ” We Don’t Talk Anymore,” “One Call Away,” and “Marvin Gaye.”
