Kris Aquino says she’s ‘cleared’ of any serious illness
After her shocking revelation about a health scare, Queen of All Media Kris Aquino now declares she is “CLEARED because the results that would have confirmed having a stressful medical condition all came back NORMAL.”
In a lengthy Instagram post on Thursday, Aquino still did not disclose her exact medical condition but revealed that indeed, “there were certain ‘markers’ in my blood works that were red flags for something more serious.”
She said she only shared the real deal with her family including her sisters, a few friends and her son, Bimby.
Waiting for the results, she said, was “worry filled” but it was a relief to know that she was now alright and that she could proceed with her normal life but with very strict maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.
“I shall obey all my doctors’ instructions. We shall avoid all my allergy triggers & be ready for all emergencies. We won’t ignore my iron & vitamin D deficiency. We’ll take extra care knowing i’m anemic & will get the correct sleep & rest. And we’ll closely monitor my thyroid function,” she wrote.
According to her, it was a battle if she would let this information out in public or keep it private as it should. However, she said, this as an avenue to inspire more people especially parents and single moms to undergo a “thorough health evaluation” at the same time live a healthy life.
“God bless all of you w/ good health. And I’m going home to the 2 people who matter most that’s why I have inspiration to be at my healthy best.” she wrote in closing.
In one of her previous posts, Aquino disclosed that she even flew all the way to San Francisco to have her tests done basically for two reasons–to find out her “most comprehensive records from Dec 2016” and to protect her privacy and business interests.
“I went to the US for their strict patient confidentiality because we didn’t know what the findings would be, and as most of you must know I endorse many products & own restaurants so there was a fear of jeopardizing those,” she wrote.
Scanning through her posts, all she specifically revealed was that she was having “frequent allergic reactions.”
Meanwhile, she recently announced that she would now be co-managed by Cornerstone Entertainment Inc together with her Kris Cojuangco Aquino Productions (KCAP). She also announced that this partnership signals her return to acting.
