Arci Muñoz can’t contain her excitement. The singer-actress will be flying to Paris, France, with heartthrob Piolo Pascual at the end of the month.

“I will be spending the Holy Week with him,” Arci beams. The two lead stars of ABS-CBN’s coming romantic-comedy series, “No Other Love,” will be promoting the show in the City of Lights on March 31 in an event called “Kapamilya Fiesta World,” along with Maja Salvador, Erich Gonzales and Enchong Dee.

Arci adds: “I’ve been friends with Papa P for a long time. I’m really one of the boys. Apart from Echo (Jericho Rosales, whom she first worked with in ‘Magpahanggang Wakas’), I consider Piolo among my closest friends in show biz. Everybody loves him. He hasn’t changed one bit.”

Arci says that the series, which also features Alessandra de Rossi and Empoy Marquez, is “very different because my previous soaps were all so dramatic.”

From France, Arci will then fly to Japan for “a vacation that has long been booked. Just thinking about the trip, parang napapagod na ako sa biyahe!” she quips.

Arci also says her dream travel destination is really Spain, “because I want to learn as much as I can about the roots of my dad and grandparents.”

She hopes to share her experiences on a vlog that she’ll be putting up with a group of friends.

“I still haven’t decided which topics to put in there. My friends said it could be anything under the sun, so maybe, aside from my trips, I could write about my band (Philia), my work as an actress and my kilay (eyebrows)!” —MARINEL R. CRUZ
