Drew Barrymore is set to step on Philippine soil once again.
She will return to the country to promote season two of her Netflix series “Santa Clarita Diet”. She will be joined by her co-star Timothy Olyphant.
Barrymore and Olyphant will grace the red carpet as the series’ second season will have a kick-off event on March 12 at the SM Megamall Fashion Hall.
“Santa Clarita Diet” is about real estate agents and couple Joel and Sheila Hammond, played by Olyphant and Barrymore. Sheila undergoes a transformation, and turns into a zombie, craving human flesh. With this, Joel and his family must deal with obstacles that come their way.
The actress, known for her roles in “E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial” and “The Wedding Singer”, first visited in 2016 for a branding trip of her own make-up line, Flower Beauty. JB
