KC Concepcion gives lavish birthday tribute to adoptive pa Kiko Pangilinan

Actress-singer KC Concepcion greeted adoptive father Senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan on his birthday with an extra-sweet message.
In a recent Instagram post, Concepcion wrote a lengthy tribute to her “dad” who just turned 53 on Thursday.
She started by thanking him for being her inspiration to persevere more in life. She also reminisced about some of the good old days when they just started their family.
“Happy happy birthday dad. You are the reason I work extra hard and never take anything for granted. I remember being so proud to have a dad to pick me up from school when we lived in Boston a year after you and mom got married,” she wrote.
She particularly felt grateful for her dad’s filling in the gaps and giving her the feel of a complete family.
“It’s because of you that my sense of family and identity became complete. I appreciate you now more than ever,” she said.
In closing, she wished him all the best and thanked him again for everything he has done for their family.
“May this year ahead bring you many blessings in disguise 🎂♥️ We love you so much and appreciate you and all that you’ve done for the family. 😊 Im always praying for overflowing joy to come to you dad!!! Your fifties are going to be great. I believe it!” she said.

Pangilinan married veteran singer-actress Sharon Cuneta in 1996.
According to reports, Cuneta first met the senator during the wedding of her brother. They soon dated, married and had three kids in addition to Concepcion, who is Cuneta’s daughter with former on-screen partner and ex-husband Gabby Concepcion. /ra
