Actress Eugene Domingo, asked at a press con what it was like working with Maricel Soriano in the comedy “Momzillas” by Wenn V. Deramas: “I’ve always been a fan of Maricel’s but I admire her even more now. We can’t deny that she went through trials—this happens to all of us. Sa kanya, nakita ko ang tibay ng isang totoong artista. She’s a terrific actress, be it in drama or comedy, but as a person, if you get to know her, you’ll see na isa lang ang gusto n’yang gawin sa buhay n’ya—ang mapaligaya ang lahat ng manonood.” Eugene then turns to Maricel, “O ayan ah? Pahingi ng alahas!” Marinel R. Cruz
