MR. & MRS. Poon: Groom looks forward to growing with his bride “through the seasons.” LITO SY

Maricar Reyes is all the love songs that crooner Richard Poon has ever sung. The newlyweds are out to prove that marriage can survive in the cruel world of show biz.

The groom took a short break from their honeymoon to share his post-wedding thoughts. Romance is candlelight, love songs and the sweet scent of roses at sunset. Marriage is paying bills, the evening news and a whiff of burnt toast in the morning.

PERSONAL: Merci beaucoup to fab couple Marco and Lara Alcaraz for  the yummy dinner in their cozy French restaurant, Kuisine, at Molito in Alabang. The truffles pasta and chicken foie gras croquettes are must-tries. Felt like a student in Paris again.
