John Lloyd Cruz’s GF Isabel Santos deactivates Instagram page after cryptic posts
Curious fans are abuzz after noticing that artist Isabel Santos, girlfriend of actor John Lloyd Cruz, has apparently deactivated her Instagram page after sharing cryptic posts about “birthdays” and “men.”
Santos’ account on the platform is inaccessible as of Thursday morning, June 18.
However, prior to this, Santos shared several posts in which she seemingly expressed frustration over celebrating her birthday.
“I give up. Birthdays are just a day in a year you force to feel something. I’ve never had a good birthday for over six years and I don’t know why I keep trying,” her post read.
She added in the caption, “I’d like to stop this charade.”
She further shared a photo quote that said, “36 is the year you start accepting compliments without embarrassment. This year your task is to believe in the promise of your own life. Say no to shit you hate. Remember what it feels like to roll around in your own dreams. Go to the limits of your longing. Leave the door open for people to walk through. As you journey into the next year, say, ‘Here I am,’ and listen closely as the universe responds, ‘So glad you are.'”
Along with the quote was the greeting, “Happy birthday week, Isabel Santos.”
Also intriguing netizens was the artist’s separate post showing what appears to be a marble bench which had the sentence “Men don’t protect you anymore” engraved on it.
“They follow the [money emoji],” she wrote in the caption.
Just earlier this month, Santos and Cruz went on a beach trip with the actor’s son Elias as well as Ellen Adarna, who described the artist as the “best stepmom.” /edv
