Bimby Aquino reunites with Ryzza Mae Dizon on ‘Eat Bulaga’

“My Little Bossings” stars Bimby Aquino and Ryzza Mae Dizon had a fun reunion after the former visited “Eat Bulaga” and surprised the actress-TV host on her birthday.

Bimby, the youngest son of Queen of All Media Kris Aquino, was one of the celebrity guests of the noontime show’s “The Age Is Right” segment on Friday, June 12.

Bimby and Dizon then recalled starring together in the 2013 comedy movie, with the actor noting that the latter was his first kiss. The pair admitted that they had not kept in touch after the film, but that they reunited sometime in 2019 after they bumped into each other in Japan.

Aside from having a lookback, the actors also performed a duet of “Pusong Bato,” which they fondly sang when they were younger.

“Those were one of the happiest times in my life talaga,” Bimby said, referring to his filming experience with Dizon.

Saying his birthday message to Dizon, he continued, “Sana maibalik natin our friendship dati. From the time I’ve known you since 8 years old, hindi ka nagbago. Kaya stay the same person you’ve always been — kind, beautiful and caring.”

(I hope we can bring back the friendship we once had. Ever since I met you when we were 8 years old, you haven’t changed. So stay the same person you’ve always been — kind, beautiful and caring.)

Bimby further drew cheers as he said, “If we don’t end up together, kailangan ako ang ninong sa kasal niya.” (If we don’t end up together, I want to be the godfather at her wedding.)

The actor also gifted Dizon with a necklace, which he put on the TV host himself.

“Thank you, Bimb. Salamat sa (Thank you for the) gift. [It was] super nice to see you again,” she said.

Aside from Bimby and Dizon, “My Little Bossings” also starred Kris and Vic Sotto, who was present as well during the younger actors’ “Eat Bulaga” reunion. /ra
