Brad Pitt fights to survive wilderness in ‘Heart of the Beast’ trailer

Brad Pitt and his trusted combat dog are sticking together to survive nature’s challenges in the trailer of the upcoming film “Heart of the Beast.”
The over-two-minute clip released by Paramount Pictures on Thursday, June 11, features the award-winning American actor — who portrays the role of retired Special Forces officer James Belmont — and his dog Odin stranded in the Alaskan wilderness after their plane crashes.
“Together, they are forced into a brutal fight for survival against the elements,” a part of the synopsis read.
“‘Heart of the Beast’ is an intense adventure thriller that explores the unbreakable bond between a man and his best friend as they face their greatest battle yet,” it added.
The adventure thriller, which is helmed by “End of Watch” and “Fury” director David Ayer, also features J.K. Simmons and Anna Lambe.

The film is set to premiere in Philippine cinemas on Sept. 23. /ra
