Mariel Padilla shares post about perceived ‘bad person’ with ‘good actions’

Mariel Padilla shared an interesting cartoon showing a man supposedly viewed by others as “bad” amid the many — yet apparently unseen — “good actions” he has done.
The TV host reposted via her Instagram Stories on Friday, May 15, an illustration shared by an Instagram page under the name Fact by Google.
The photo included two men separately standing on two icebergs, with the one accusing the other of being a “bad” person. The one pointing fingers apparently only sees the visible “sin” the other person committed, and not the “good actions” he did that is unknown to many.
The illustration also highlighted how the one making the accusations is perceived as good because of a few visible good actions, despite his many wrongdoings that are hidden from the public eye.

Mariel did not expound on her shared post.
Incidentally, Mariel’s cartoon repost came amid her senator husband Robin Padilla being on the receiving end of criticisms.
The actor-turned-senator has been making headlines after he was named by the National Bureau of Investigation as a “person of interest” in the search for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa, who faces an arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court over his alleged involvement in former President Rodrigo Duterte’s drug war.
Prior to this, Robin had also clashed with fellow senator Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan, from whom he demanded an apology for raising his voice at the former during a plenary session. /ra
