Other titles still up for grabs for Miss Universe Philippines 2026 finalists

Many fans were wondering why no other titleholders were crowned after Bea Millan-Windorski was proclaimed 2026 Miss Universe Philippines at the end of the competition on May 2.
With so many exemplary performances at the finale show at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City, the field is ripe with worthy delegates to other international competitions. And there will be more winners coming soon.
Joining Windorski in the final round were national pageant rookies Allyson Hetland of Pampanga, Jenrose Javier of Sultan Kudarat, and Marian Arellano of Tarlac, returning candidates Ysabella Ysmael of Taguig and Apriel Smith of Cebu City, and 2023 Miss International runner-up Nicole Borromeo of Cebu Province.
National titles under the Miss Universe Philippines’ sister brand, The Miss Philippines, have yet to be awarded this year, unlike in the three recent editions, wherein the auxiliary crowns already found their recipients immediately after the national competition concluded.
Still at stake are The Miss Philippines-Supranational, The Miss Philippines-Eco international, The Miss Philippines-Cosmo, and the Miss Philippines Charm titles. The two Miss Universe Philippine runners-up have also not yet been announced.
There have been no word when and where the coronation of The Miss Philippines queens will happen, and if the titleholders will all come from the six remaining finalists of the Miss Universe Philippines.
In 2023 and 2025, the additional titles went to ladies who were in the final round. But in 2024, a couple of crowns were awarded to delegates who finished in the Top 10.
Fifty delegates from across the country and different overseas Filipino communities competed in this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant. /ra
