BINI joins lineup of performers at Summer Sonic 2026 in Osaka, Tokyo

BINI — composed of Jhoanna, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Mikha, and Sheena — is off to Japan, as they’re confirmed as one of the performers at Summer Sonic 2026, continuing their growing presence in the international music scene.

The female octet was announced as one of the performers at Summer Sonic 2026’s Osaka and Tokyo legs in August on the festival’s X (formerly Twitter) page.

The girl group will first perform on Day 1 of the Osaka leg on Aug. 14 at the Expo ‘70 Commemorative Park, then will grace Day 3 of the Tokyo leg on Aug.ust 16 at the ZozoMarine Stadium & Makuhari Messe.

BINI joins fellow P-pop powerhouse SB19, which will perform on Day 2 of the festival’s Tokyo leg.

Other notable performers at the Summer Sonic 2026 festival, which marks its 25th anniversary, include Jennie, Audrey Nuna, BabyMonster, Ado, David Byrne, Hana, LE SSERAFIM, BabyMetal, December 10, and TWS, among others. 

BINI’s upcoming appearance in Japan happens at the same time as their “Signals” world tour, which will kick off at the Mall of Asia Arena on June 20 and 21. The tour also includes stops in the US, Canada, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Taiwan. 

The Japan-based music festival is one of the upcoming activities BINI has up their sleeve, after their historic appearance at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival last April. /ra
