Bea Alonzo remains mum on marriage rumors with Vincent Co

Bea Alonzo kept her lips sealed on whether she and Puregold president Vincent Co will soon be tying the knot, a month after their names were posted on the marriage banns at a church in Manila.
Alonzo seemingly tried to deflect questions about her looming marriage to the son of business taipan Lucio Co during a 24 Oras interview on April 25, speaking instead about wanting to return to the beach soon.
“No concrete plans yet because I haven’t gone to the beach in a while, medyo matagal na ang huli ko (my last beach trip happened a long time ago). I’m really looking forward to going back,” she said.
Alonzo and Co were speculated to have gotten engaged and have agreed to tie the knot within the year after their names were announced in the marriage banns published by the St. Peter the Apostle Parish Church in Manila.
In Catholic tradition, a marriage bann is an official announcement of a couple’s intention to marry in accordance with the church.
Alonzo confirmed in August 2025 that she and Co are indeed in a relationship, though she kept details of their romance private. They would nonetheless be seen together as a couple in public engagements.
The actress also reiterated that she had no intention of doing a hard launch or revealing her romance with Co since she wanted to keep it just between them.
“Inuunahan ng mga tao ang lahat ng pangyayari sa buhay ko. I have nothing to clarify, and I want to keep things private. There’s nothing to say, actually. I’m very happy. Huwag na kayong maghintay kasi wala namang grand reveal. I want to focus on my personal life being private right now,” she said.
