Katrina Halili, Kris Lawrence both single but have not gotten back together

Former celebrity couple Katrina Halili and Kris Lawrence confirmed that they are both currently single, but they have not rekindled their romantic relationship. 

The pair recently sat down with Boy Abunda on “Fast Talk” on Friday, April 24, where they clarified the real status of their relationship following their sweet moments and interactions online. 

“No, we have not. Hindi kami nagkabalikan, Tito Boy (No, we have not gotten back together, Tito Boy),” Lawrence said. 

When asked if they’re both single, the pair replied, “Yes.” Lawrence added that he has been single “not so long ago.” 

“Sa ngayon nag-e-enjoy lang kami sa company ng bawat isa (For now, we’re just enjoying each other’s company),” saidHalili.

Lawrence expressed gratitude for their renewed connection, saying it has positively impacted their daughter, Katie. 

“Like I’ve said, I’m really, really grateful for this time that we have together because honestly, when we became okay this year in 2026, Katie has been probably the best that I’ve seen her,” he said. 

“Her smile has been more genuine. ‘Yung kilos niya, mas gumanda (The way she acts has improved). You can just tell that she’s so much happier,” he continued. “We’re doing this all for Katie. Where the road leads, we don’t know. But at least it’s fun.” 

When asked about their recent trip to El Nido, where Halili posted a picture of Lawrence with the caption alluding to “reset,” she described it as a turning point in their relationship. 

“Reset po ng friendship (It was a reset of our friendship). Kasi parang first time namin mag-bonding noon (It felt like the first time we really bonded),” the actress explained.

Despite the fans’ curiosity about their relationship, Lawrence clarified that their recent interactions on social media are genuine. 

“It’s not scripted. Everything that is rolling is like reality,” the singer emphasized. 

The pair admitted they were not on good terms last year and only reconnected earlier this year after Halili invited Lawrence to her birthday. 

The two separated in 2014 two years after the actress gave birth to their daughter Katie. In 2023, Halili shared that their co-parenting setup worked better with them as friends. /ra
