Sanya Lopez gets ‘promise ring’ from mystery foreigner boyfriend
Sanya Lopez revealed that she received a “promise ring” from a mystery man who is a foreigner and who, she said, is currently making her happy.
Lopez made the revelation in the recent episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” which aired Friday, Feb. 6, and where she appeared alongside her fellow “Sang’gre” co-stars Glaiza De Castro, Kylie Padilla and Gabbi Garcia.
The “Half Sisters” actress shared that her love life is in a good place and that she had already introduced the guy she’s dating to her co-stars.
Host Boy Abunda asked her how it is that she’s keeping the relationship private, to which Lopez replied, “Okay naman (It’s okay), Tito Boy. Lagi namang masaya. Masaya ako na masaya kaming lahat (It’s always happy. I’m happy that we’re all happy).”

Garcia jokingly said they had been waiting a long time for Lopez to finally have a love life. “Tito Boy, 10 years in the making ito, inaabangan namin ‘to (this is 10 years in the making – we’ve been waiting for this),” she said.
When Abunda asked whether she plans to introduce her mystery guy to the public, Lopez said, “‘Pag dumating ‘yung panahon na hindi maiwasan siguro, sige, puwede naman (If the time comes when it can’t be avoided, then yes, that’s fine).”
Lopez recalled that she unexpectedly shared details about the guy she was seeing after she accidentally talked about the ring she was wearing during a denim-and-diamonds event that they all attended.
Showing the ring to Abunda, Lopez confirmed its meaning when asked. “It’s a promise ring,” she said.
During the show’s “Fast Talk” segment, Lopez gave more hints about her supposed boyfriend, choosing “foreigner” over “Pinoy” and saying she was “very much in love.”
When asked to complete the phrase, “Ang gusto ko sa lalaki ‘yung ___?” (What I like in a man is ___?), Lopez answered with a laugh, “‘Yung foreigner.” (A foreigner.)
It willl be recalled that in 2021, Lopez first revealed that she was an “NBSB” (no boyfriend since birth). Early last year, the actress shared that she was dating someone and they were on the “getting-to-know-each-other” stage. /ra
