Blackpink’s Jennie hops on ‘Feeling Good’ trend on 30th birthday

Jennie Kim of K-pop girl group Blackpink marked her 30th birthday in her trademark fashion, treating fans to her entry to the “Feeling Good” online trend.
Jennie welcomed the life milestone with a video that has Michael Bublé’s version of “Feeling Good” as its background music, as seen on her Instagram and TikTok pages on Thursday, Jan. 15.
In the clip, the K-pop star sits on a billiard table while holding a Cinnamoroll-themed cake with number candles three and zero on it. Her companions, whose faces were not shown, then respectively put on her her sunglasses, Cinnamoroll-themed headband, and a birthday candle on her mouth which was later lit up, put on top of the cake, and blown out by Jennie.
The latter part of the clip shows Jennie removing her eyeglasses and putting her arm up in excitement.
“thirtyyyyyy,” she wrote in the caption.
Just over 10 hours after the video was shared, it has already garnered over 5.9 million likes on Instagram and 7.1 million on TikTok.

Aside from Blinks, Jennie’s fellow Blackpink members Jisoo and Rosé have extended their greetings to the birthday girl via their respective Instagram Stories.
