Adamus and Flamarra were taken captive by Mitena, which hindered the Sang’gres’ efforts to find their cousin Terra. Terra, meanwhile, has been filled with rage after the injustices experienced by her mortal family.

Here’s a recap of what happened in the GMA TV series in the past week:

After Imaw lifted the spell he cast on Adamus, the latter regained his memories and admitted he was foolish. He and Flamarra were tasked by Imaw to conceal their powers for the time being to prevent Mitena from knowing their whereabouts and from discovering that Adamus is still alive.

FEATURED STORIES

During their conversation, the Akashic — a powerful book that contains the history and the truth behind significant events in Encantadia — then informed Imaw and the Sang’gres of Terra’s situation and her awakened powers.

Worried that the Spring of Truth would reveal Terra to Mitena, Imaw and Adamus rushed to it and asked it to not mention anything about her to the usurper. But as the Spring of Truth was firm on fulfilling her duty, she put Imaw and Adamus first to a test to prove their pure intentions. The two passed the test, so the Spring of Truth granted their request.

Coincidentally, Mitena had just dreamt of the female warrior again so she immediately went to the Spring of Truth to ask about it. Adamus and the Adamyans who were with them hid themselves while Imaw spoke to Mitena.

In the presence of Imaw, Mitena asked the spring about the identity of the warrior. Adhering to her agreement with Imaw and Adamus, the spring lied and told Mitena that she and the warrior would engage in a fight and that the former would win.

Meanwhile, in the world of mortals, Terra and Mona were enraged as Gov. Emil Salvador — the mastermind behind the attack against them — visited them at the hospital where injured Lolo Javier was confined. Lolo Javier survived after a surgery — an unfortunate news for the governor.

To interfere with the investigation on the attack, Salvador planted illegal drugs in Lolo Javier’s room and made false information about the latter being a drug pusher. Days later, Lolo Javier was discharged from the hospital with the help of donations from their neighbors. However, he was immediately arrested and jailed by the police for drug trafficking.

At the police station, a commotion ensued after Terra and Mona refused to leave Lolo Javier. When the police used force, Terra was enraged and caused an earthquake. She then vowed to avenge those who wronged them by using her powers.

Terra turned into a vigilante and located the hideout of the men who attacked them. She discovered that the policeman who arrested Lolo Javier was one of them. She was able to fight all of them, thanks to her martial arts training and supernatural strength. During a close encounter with Terra, the policeman admitted that it was the governor who ordered them to arrest and imprison Lolo Javier.

Terra told Mona about what she discovered as well as her plan to get back at Salvador, but Mona was against it. Honoring Mona’s request, Terra suppressed her anger and did not pursue her plan.

But while Terra avoided using her powers, the situation called for it. Terra and her best friends Akiro and Dina were at a bank when robbers suddenly entered the establishment. Terra then disguised herself and used her abilities to save the innocent ones. When the people asked her name, Terra—who had a flashback of Mona’s story about Danaya calling her a Sang’gre—told them to call her Sang’gre.

Meanwhile, Pirena visited Avila, the kingdom of Mulawins located in the world of humans. She asked the King of Mulawins, Almiro (Derrick Monasterio), to let her use their portal to Encantadia. Almiro then brought her to Avilon, the homeland of Mulawins in Encatadia.

Pirena reunited with Adamus and Imaw, who urged her to immediately return to the world of mortals to find Terra. Pirena refused and said she had to see her daughter Flamarra first before proceeding with the task.

The soldiers of Mitena attempted to kidnap Flamarra after they recognized that she was one of the Sang’gres. Pirena was able to stop them and save her daughter.

Mitena was then informed that Pirena had returned to Encantadia. This led the former to think that Pirena was the warrior in her dreams whom she would defeat, as per the Spring of Truth’s prediction. The usurper then attacked Pirena and used the “Brilyante ng Apoy” against her. Pirena, who was injured from the fight, was able to flee with the help of Flamarra.

Almiro then asked Pirena to come with him to the world of mortals to save herself from Mitena. Pirena refused again and said that she needed Flamarra to come with her.

Unfortunately, while Flamarra and Adamus were gathering medicinal plants for Pirena, they were seized by Mitena’s soldiers. They were presented to Mitena, who recognized them as Sang’gres and later removed their abilities to disappear. /ra
