Paul Salas apologized to a fan who accidentally fell off her chair after the actor unknowingly grabbed her seat during an event in Palawan.

In the video that has now gone viral on social media, Salas can be seen singing in front of a crowd at a covered court. When he was walking toward the far back area of the venue, the actor passed through the sitting audience and one of them stood up to take a quick photo with Salas.

After the snap was taken, Salas immediately walked toward the crowd and grabbed a vacant chair, clueless that it was the seat of the fan who just took a photo with him.

The fan unfortunately did not notice that her chair was taken and still went to sit back down, causing her to tumble. Some audience members immediately helped the fan while Salas, who was unaware of what happened, continued his performance.

“Hindi naman kasi sa akin ang upuan, kuha ako nang kuha. Pasensya, minamahal kong binibini at hindi ko napansin na upuan mo pala ‘yun,” the actor apologized through his Facebook page on Sunday, June 29.

(I grabbed the chair even when it was not mine. I’m sorry, my dear lady. I didn’t notice that it was your chair.)

“Bawi ako sayo. I love you! Mabuti at okay ka,” he added. (I’ll make it up to you. I love you! It’s good to know that you’re okay.)

In the comments section, the actor added, “Wag kasi mag-pa-fall kay Paul. [Delikado]!” (Don’t fall for Paul. It’s dangerous!) /ra
