Janine Gutierrez made clarifications on the timeline of her calendar girl photoshoot and its launch, in response to netizens pointing out the difference in her body appearance.

The actress, who was earlier introduced as the calendar girl of an alcoholic beverage brand, addressed this after a certain Instagram user left a comment on one of Gutierrez’s posts.

“Grabe pagkaka-edit ah. Napakanipis niya sa mga photo niya [pero] nung launching ang taba niya po,” a netizen commented.

Replying to this, Gutierrez wrote, “I can see how this can be confusing! We shot the calendar in October and the launch was in December.”

She further noted that she had attended several events and parties in the past two months, and completely took a pause from her strict diet and workout.

“I always take it easy during the holidays and enjoy my body in its different shapes,” she added. “You should too!”

Nonetheless, several fans and fellow celebrities were in awe of Gutierrez, showering her with praises since photos from her calendar girl shoot were revealed.

Among them was actor Jericho Rosales who quipped that he would delete his calendar application and use the one with Gutierrez’s photos.
