Transman Jesi Corcuera gives birth to baby girl

Transman Jesi Corcuera, an alum of “Starstruck” and “Pinoy Big Brother,” has welcomed his first child, a baby girl.

Corcuera confirmed the birth of his child via his Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Dec. 11, showing a glimpse of the newborn drinking milk from a feeding bottle.

A photo of Corcuera and his child was also shared by Boy Abunda via the TV host’s show “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” where the celebrity parent was interviewed months prior to giving birth.

Corcuera announced his pregnancy last October, saying it had been his dream to become a parent since 2018.

“I started planning to have a baby in 2018. At that time, I struggled with a lot of things, especially financially, since the expense of having a baby via IVF (in vitro fertilization) is no laughing matter,” he said in Filipino.

Corcuera recalled when his partner, Cams, and her children came to his life, regarding it as a sign to have his own child.

“This is not an easy process for me so I hope you won’t easily judge what you see. What I want is simple—to have kids that I can call my own,” he said.

After joining “Pinoy Big Brother” and “Starstruck,” Corcuera ventured into vlogging and has over 278,000 YouTube subscribers as of this writing.
