James Reid gears up for 2025 project with Dreamscape

James Reid appears to have jumpstarted the preparations for his small-screen comeback as he met with the staff and executives of Dreamscape Entertainment, the television production of ABS-CBN.
The entertainment company gave a glimpse of their meeting with the actor-musician through its Instagram page on Monday, Nov. 25. Also in attendance at the meeting was ABS-CBN COO for broadcast Cory Vidanes.
“Something to look forward to this 2025!” it said, without disclosing further details on the project.

Among Reid’s previous TV projects with ABS-CBN were “Till I Met You” (2016) and “On the Wings of Love” (2015), where he both starred alongside his former girlfriend and love-team partner Nadine Lustre.
Reid previously disclosed in a September interview that he had an upcoming acting project with ABS-CBN. He further noted at the time that he planned to work with the Kapamilya network “a lot” and that there were already “discussions” about it.
“I always planned on going back to acting. I didn’t quit,” Reid said in a separate interview back in July. “I just wanted to do music [first] because I left that kind of show business, being in a love team and everything.”
“I wanted to figure out who I was outside of a pair, and I felt that through music. It’s been great,” added Reid, who also founded his own talent company Careless.
