Medina tied the knot with Llana, who works as a diving instructor, twice in 2023. The first ceremony was a church wedding in Rizal, while the second one was a beach wedding held in Palawan days later.

The couple announced Medina’s pregnancy last February by showing themselves with the sonogram of their baby. Medina gave birth to their firstborn last August.
