After being hounded by separation rumors, Ai-Ai delas Alas has broken her silence on her split with her estranged husband Gerald Sibayan, saying they have been separated since October 2024.

On the other hand, content creator Chloe San Jose, girlfriend of two-time Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, took a swipe at Delas Alas amid her separation from Sibayan. 

Meanwhile, Kris Aquino has once again given a new update about her health condition, revealing that she is currently in isolation due to her worsening condition and that her immune system is seemingly getting weaker.

Ai-Ai delas Alas’ split with Gerald Sibayan

Ai-Ai delas Alas has finally addressed her split from her estranged husband Gerald Sibayan. In a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview, the actress turned emotional as she revealed that she and Sibayan have been separated since October 2024.

Delas Alas shared that Sibayan broke up with her via text, saying that “he wants to have a baby, and he is no longer happy.” The actress-comedian stressed that she tried to conceive a child to the best of her ability in the means of in vitro fertilization (IVF). 

The “Tanging Ina” star also revealed that Sibayan has been unfaithful to her at some point in their marriage, which caused her to develop “trust issues.”

Delas Alas also noted that their age gap was also a factor in the downfall of their marriage.

Chloe San Jose made the remarks, “What you do to others will come right back at you 10x.” as a clap back to Ai-Ai Delas Alas, who recently confirmed that she has been separated from her husband.

It can be recalled that Delas Alas gave her two cents on the public conflict between San Jose and her boyfriend, Olympic gold medalist Carlos Yulo, and his mother, Angelica Yulo.

Last week, Delas Alas confirmed that she and her husband, Gerald Sibayan, have decided to go separate ways. San Jose then shared a social media card on Facebook about the actress-comedian’s previous advice to her.

“Back to you, mamang,” San Jose wrote in the caption. “Not to make fun of your situation, but what you do to others will come right back at you 10x. It’s just the universe’s law.”

Kris Aquino’s isolation

Speaking out about her health once again, Kris Aquino has disclosed that she is currently in isolation because of her deteriorating condition.

The Queen of All Media posted this health update on Instagram on Nov. 10, stating that she experienced a “bad allergic reaction to the last antibiotic she could still tolerate” and that her white blood cells had decreased.

The actress-host went on to say that despite feeling hopeless due to her worsening autoimmune diseases, she “keeps [on] going” because she doesn’t want to “disappoint those praying” for her.

Meanwhile, Darla Sauler, Aquino’s close friend, recently revealed that the latter would be “back in action,” though she gave no specific details.

Aquino had also earlier declared that she would debut a new show before the year ends.

Bea Alonzo recently intrigued netizens after getting cozy with a mystery man, whom she later clarified was only a good friend of hers.

In an Instagram story, Alonzo dismissed dating speculations hounding her and a non-showbiz guy, emphasizing that they are just friends.

“Okay, this is getting out of hand. Can we all relax? We are just friends,” she wrote at the time, without expounding on the guy’s identity. “And the stories are getting ridiculous! Kalma lang po tayo (Let’s all calm down).”

This coincidentally came after Alonzo’s ex-fiancé Dominic Roque was spotted in an intimate moment with actress Sue Ramirez in Siargao.

However, Roque and Ramirez are yet to address their recent sighting, as of writing.

Actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi revealed that her recent hospitalization started because of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which became complicated, adding that she is grateful for her “second life.”

“Ipapakita ko sa inyo ang isa sa pinaka mahirap na journey sa buhay ko,” Alawi said on her vlog uploaded on Nov. 8. “Feeling ko nagpaalam pa nga ako sa mama ko. Feeling ko talaga it’s really my second life. I-share ko lang din sa inyo na meron akong problem sa ovaries and that’s how it started and I also have PCOS doon siya nagsimula.”
