Mavy Legaspi happy for Kyline Alcantara after dating confirmation with Kobe Paras

Mavy Legaspi said he has already moved on from his past relationship with rumored ex-girlfriend Kyline Alcantara, shortly after Alcantara is confirmed to be dating basketball player Kobe Paras.

In a “24 Oras” report broadcast on Monday, November 4, Legaspi said he hoped that netizens would put his previous romance with Alcantara to rest, and be happy for their respective lives instead.

“The person’s happy. I’m happy,” he said, without mentioning the actress’ name. “Let’s end the year on a good note na peaceful. What’s done is done also and lahat naman masaya (everyone is happy).”

The actor said he doesn’t mind crossing paths again with Alcantara, as he noted that he has always been “civil” with her.

“I’ve always been civil. At the end of the day, we’re all just looking for happiness in our lives. [I will just] nod [and] smile, it’s been okay,” he said.

When asked if he’s in a relationship with anyone, Legaspi stated that his heart is “happy” and is focused on working out in the gym. He also hinted that he’s working on an upcoming project.

“Ang masasabi ko lang my heart is happy. That’s it,” he said. “I’m actually very focused on diet, and working out. Makikita niyo in the very near future kung bakit kailangang magpapayat.”

Neither Legaspi nor Alcantara confirmed their romance, although they’ve been seen together on multiple occasions since 2021. Known as MavLine, they worked together in the shows “I Left My Heart in Sorsogon,” “Luv Is: Love at First Read,” and “Zero Kilometers Away.”

While addressing their rumored romance, Alcantara said in a “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” interview last August that she wanted to “move on” from their relationship, although she’s grateful it still happened.

Paras confirmed that he’s dating the “Shining Inheritance” star in a Cosmo Philippines interview earlier this month.
