Yasmien Kurdi was rushed to the emergency room due to eczema and urticaria, just days after her daughter Ayesha was discharged from the hospital.

The celebrity mom shared her condition through a video on her Instagram page on Sunday, Sept. 29, showing herself being emotional while at the hospital.

“It’s been a tough time for us but we’re slowly recovering. Ayesha’s doing better and thankfully she’s back to eating normally after some challenges with her health,” she said in the video.

Ayesha was earlier admitted to the hospital due to stomach pain, vomiting, nausea, dehydration, dry skin, and pale appearance, which were caused by “irregular meal times, dehydration, stress from school and lack of sleep.”

“I’ve broken out in eczema all over my body. This likely happened because I was emotionally drained and had a weak immune system while Ayesha was hospitalized,” Kurdi continued in her post. “I was rushed to the [emergency room] because my allergy was so severe from urticaria and eczema. ”

Kurdi added that her husband, Rey Soldevilla Jr., has also developed an ear infection and has been receiving treatment. Thankfully, the actress stressed that their six-month-old daughter Raya is healthy.

“We often play the role of superwoman as mothers, staying strong when our children are unwell. Once Ayesha recovered, I fell sick, which made me realize just how much our motherly instincts help us stay resilient when we’re needed most,” Kurdi then said in the caption. “These instincts seem to carry us through those tough times.”

“Remember, it’s important for us to also take care of our own health, so we can continue to be there for our kids,” she addressed fellow moms.
