Sandro Muhlach filed cyber libel complaints before the National Bureau of Investigation’s (NBI) cybercrime division against three anonymous netizens for their “defamatory” posts about the alleged sexual abuse the actor had suffered.

Sandro lodged the case, citing over 100 defamatory posts made by the netizens using anonymous X (formerly Twitter) accounts, as per “24 Oras” on Friday, Aug. 30.

“Sandro has been struggling with significant challenges such as trauma, anxiety, insomnia, and loss of appetite. This has taken a toll on his physical and mental well-being. We kindly ask everyone to respect Sandro’s privacy during this difficult time,” Alexander said.

“The online harassment and bullying he has been subjected to are only worsening his condition,” he lamented. “Sandro needs our compassion and support as he works towards recovery. We appreciate your understanding and respect for his journey towards healing.”
