Sandro Muhlach’s condition before and after the alleged sexual harassment he experienced at the hands of GMA’s independent contractors, Jojo Nones and Richard Cruz, was captured in a video footage recently released by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

In a report on “24. Oras,” the footage taken on July 21 showed that a “calmed” Muhlach left his hotel room at 4:39 a.m. to proceed to the hotel where the television contractors were staying.

At 6:46 a.m., the young actor left Nones and Cruz’s hotel to go back to where he was staying. While Muhlach waited at the lobby of his hotel, there were behavioral changes exhibited by the actor, according to the NBI.

“Noong papunta siya doon sa hotel na naka check in ang dalawang subjects normal at relaxed ang movement ni Sandro pero after noong nangyari ‘yung insidente ng pangmomolestiya makikitang nagbago ‘yung kilos niya,” said Sra Zulikha Marie Conales, agent-on-case.

(When he was going to the hotel where the two subjects checked in, Sandro’s movements were normal and relaxed, but after the incident of molestation, his demeanor changed.)

“Siya ay mabilis ng maglakad, balisa, at parang distressed and very anxious. Bigla na lang siyang umupo sa tabi ng wall fronting the elevator, kung saan inaantay niya ‘yung mga kaibigan niya na sumundo sa kaniya,” added the agent.

(He now walks fast, anxious and seems distressed and very anxious. Suddenly he sat down next to the wall facing the elevator, where he waited for his friends to pick him up.)

The NBI declared that the CCTV footage affirmed their findings on the behavioral analysis they conducted on Muhlach, which indicated that he suffered from a traumatic event.

Nones and Cruz’s lawyer, Atty. Maggie Garduque, said that they hadn’t seen the footage.

Meanwhile, on Aug. 19, Muhlach officially filed a complaint of rape through sexual assault and acts of lasciviousness against the independent contractors before the Department of Justice (DOJ).

For the first time, the young actor also spoke up about his traumatic experience via Instagram, declaring that “every day he’s still being haunted by his trauma” and is dealing with anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder PTSD.
