Claudine Barretto said she’s “really flattered” that videos of her saying “thank you so much” multiple times have gone viral on social media, with some of her friends even tagging her as the “queen of gratefulness.”

The videos show Barretto pausing and then saying “thank you so much” before it abruptly cuts to the actress doing the same thing. She is also surrounded by food from catering services and other products from different businesses.

When asked about the videos, the actress admitted she hasn’t seen much of them, although she’s flattered that netizens noticed them on social media.

“Hindi ko alam! Basta sinabi lang nila sa’kin,” she told TV Patrol on Wednesday, July 3. “Hindi ko pa siya nakikita talaga pero nakakatuwa naman kasi sabi, queen of gratefulness daw. Hindi ako naooffend kasi maganda naman.”

Barretto added that she has always been supportive of up-and-coming businesses on social media, saying it might have been one of the reasons why the videos went viral.

“Out of the blue talaga! I’m really flattered, and I’m really very grateful kapag may mga nago-open na bagong business. I really support them and kaya siguro nag-viral,” she said.

Back in June, Barretto drew laughs from her “Home along da Riles” castmates after saying “thank you so much” in a reunion, as seen on Smokey Manaloto’s TikTok page.

Other personalities also joined in the fun by doing their own version of the trend such as SB19 and Sen. Risa Hontiveros.

Barretto made headlines last month after supporting the move to legalize divorce in the Philippines, saying it gives a person a chance to “right [their] wrongs.” This is after revealing that her annulment case with estranged husband Raymart Santiago was still ongoing in May.
