Time for Zia Quizon’s star to shine
Xavier Tan, high school student: “I love Zia Quizon. She is beautiful, talented and has the coolest voice I’ve heard, with a style that’s very different from her mom’s. She has inherited her parents’ best genes—which explains her excellence as a performer. I hope producers give her more opportunities to shine, because she deserves to be the next big star!”

Teresita Tinawin, housewife: “Television has shown us how strong and admirable Atty. Leni Robredo is. Through her difficult and trying times, not once did I see Secretary Jesse Robredo’s widow break down. Her heartfelt speech after accepting the Philippine Legion of Honor Award for her husband was deeply moving—yet, she remained composed and collected. I was moved by her sincerity and honesty, as was the whole nation.”
Lilian Adapon, nurse: “It was a pleasant surprise to see Cita Astals, acting on the small screen again. I’m not sure if she’s a regular on TV5’s ‘Enchanted Garden’ – but, just the same, seeing her was a far cry from the last time she was featured on TV, in a not-so-pleasant situation. Let’s hope she focuses on acting and forgoes politics altogether.”

“A reenactment shows somebody taking the medicine from a box, making sure that the product’s name is shown for all televiewers to see. This demonstrates how enterprising and greedy some producers are! That’s too bad, because the program’s other segments are entertaining and informative!”
