Xian Lim denied fooling around with other women while in a relationship with another person, when asked by reporters during the media conference for his new movie, “Playtime.”

Lim, who recently broke up with his ex-girlfriend of 12 years, actress-host Kim Chiu, and now dating film producer, Iris Lee, said however that he could not be certain if he had been fooled before in his past relationships.

“Kung ako ‘yung nangplaytime, hindi po. If ako ba ‘yung naplaytime, hindi ko alam. If sa duration ng relationship masasabi mo, no matter how long kung playtime nga ba, I don’t think so,” he said.

The Kapuso actor further said that a relationship cannot be considered playtime if that person served his or her purpose in your life.

“Maski sabihin po natin weeks lang po ‘yan or years, you can never say it was playtime because there was a reason kung bakit dumating ‘yung taong ‘yon sa buhay mo, mapamaganda or hindi. There was a reason why that person played a role in your life. So definitely, hindi siya playtime,” he said.

Garcia, who’s been married to actor-host Billy Crawford since 2018, claimed that she’s always been a “dating to marry” kind of girl. For her, there was no need to enter into a relationship with someone who’s not serious in the first place.

“Sakin naman hindi, kasi relationship person ako ever since. Ang goal ko talaga in life is to have a family, a stable marriage, and everything else, so every time mag-enter ako ng relationship, ayun agad ‘yung iniisip ko,” she said.

“I guess kaya before akong kinasal hindi masiyado mahaba ‘yung relationship ko kasi once makita ko na ‘Ay hindi ito tama or hindi ito for me, hindi ko nakikita ‘yung sarili ko with this person,’ umaalis talaga ako. Ako ‘yung runner,” continued the actress.

“Pero to say na sadyang nang-playtime ako ng tao o niloko rin ako, hindi pa naman nangyayari sakin ‘yon,” concluded Garcia.

Meanwhile, being a NBSB (no boyfriend since birth) person, Lopez underscored that she believes in the law of karma and remains hopeful she won’t experience being fooled once she finally enters a relationship in the future.

“Sa totoo lang hindi ko pa naman na-try mang-playtime at hindi pa rin naman po ako napa-playtime. Sana naman huwag kasi minsan na nga lang magkakaroon ng jowa mapa-playtime ka pa,” she said.

Sparkle artist Lorenzo, on the other hand, remarked that the kind of playtime she experienced was not in a relationship but from a friend who couldn’t pay their debt to her, giving her shameless excuses.

“Sa akin po, hindi sa relasyon, sa isang friend na nangutang sakin,” she said, eliciting laughter from the audience as she detailed her and her friend’s story.

“Playtime” is the latest collaboration of GMA Pictures and Viva Films. Directed by Mark A. Reyes, it tells the story of three women from three different worlds who find themselves in the same situation involving a man they all mistakenly trust.
